I saw you and my heart began to sing,  

but your eyes never knew how to listen.  

I loved you with a force I couldn’t silence,  

but in your silence, everything faded away.

Love doesn’t always find its place,  

sometimes it gets lost, not knowing where it is. 

My words vanish with the wind,  

while you continue with your own thoughts.

I loved you without a reason,

without time or an end, 

but love doesn’t always follow a good path.  

What wasn’t? What couldn’t be?
