Simplistic people
labeled them as deviants, but the reality is quite different. It's sometimes a departure to know oneself and at the same time to get away from everything and everyone in order to truly live and come back much more mature than before, simply because one will have had time to think better.

So true, and yet comes to mind. You can't go home again. Things evolve and you won't be that person they remember. But sometimes, I think back and wonder if I just wasn't that person they wanted me to be. Yeah, I know, I over think a lot of things. Thanks so much for this poem☀️
